How far ahead do you need to book Christmas at Northstar?

I have a Lake Tahoe week but not a locked Christmas unit. In practice, how many months ahead did you need to request space to have a realistic chance at late December, and did points help more than a floating week?

Answer · August 8, 2026I request Christmas space in early March. Later than that I usually only see studios. Points helped once when the week inventory was already gone.
