Has Club-to-Club availability at Kauai Coast gotten tighter?

I used Club-to-Club at Kauai Coast Resort a few years ago and it felt open. The last two attempts showed almost nothing in the school-break weeks I need. Is that just my dates, or are other owners seeing the same squeeze?
