Has anyone completed a deed-back at a Hyatt Residence Club?

I keep hearing 'deed-back' used for different things. If you actually returned an interest to the club or a related entity, what paperwork did you sign, how long did it take, and did you still owe the current year's dues?

Answer · August 7, 2026I completed a deed-back last year. It took about four months from the first written request to recorded paperwork. I still owed that year's dues; they were not waived.
