## What "self-reported" means

Every fee, resale, and exit data point on Timeshare Voice comes from owners who chose to share their own experience. We do not buy data, scrape resort billing systems, or receive feeds from Hyatt Vacation Club. This means two things:

1. **Transparency**: every public statistic shows its sample size and method. Public statistics never identify the contributing owner. Published questions and answers show only a display alias.
2. **Limits**: coverage is uneven across resorts and years. A resort with one report is not as informative as one with thirty.

The current minimum sample is one eligible report. Treat every figure as a community signal, not as a verified official record.
